I approach therapy as a sacred ceremony, an unfolding relationship with both the seen and unseen landscapes of the psyche, heart, and body. Just as the natural world moves through seasons of light and shadow, expansion and contraction, we too carry inner cycles that shape the way we move through life.

With deep presence and care, I guide clients through transformative healing that honors the body and mind’s innate wisdom, resilience, and capacity for growth.

Welcome!

Reaching for support is a tender and courageous act, and I honor the wisdom that brought you here. I view therapy as a space of reclamation and reconnection; a place where all parts of you are invited to emerge with care and compassion. Just as the natural world moves through seasons of growth, change, and renewal, we too experience our own inner nature that shapes our healing journey. Together, we will listen closely to what is asking for attention, tending, and transformation, moving at a pace that feels grounded, nourishing, and true to you.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, specializing in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. I believe the mind and body already hold an innate capacity to heal, and I work with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity to help clients reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic-informed practices, mindfulness, dream analysis, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care. My work also acknowledges the impact of family dynamics, culture, identity, and larger societal systems on emotional wellbeing. I’m committed to ongoing learning and strive to bring an open-hearted, grounded, and holistic approach to the therapy room.

I work with individuals and couples navigating grief, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, codependency, relationship challenges, life transitions, cancer and terminal illness, and religious trauma. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and inclusive space for people of all identities and backgrounds, including Poly, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC communities. I’m committed to practicing therapy through an anti-oppressive and decolonizing lens, continually reflecting on how to show up with humility, integrity, accountability, and care as a white-identified clinician engaged in ongoing growth and learning.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade supporting families of children with disabilities as they navigated special education systems and advocacy. For the past six years, I’ve also co-facilitated the “White Therapists Fighting Racism” group through the LA-CAMFT Diversity Committee, and I currently serve on the Board for the Group Psychotherapy Association of Los Angeles (GPALA).
