Who & How
Rooted in a deep commitment to inclusivity, I strive to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and welcoming for adult individuals and couples - especially those from Poly, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC communities. My work also holds awareness of how societal systems, cultural influences, and family dynamics shape our mental health. I’m dedicated to practicing therapy through an anti-oppressive and decolonized lens, continually reflecting on how to show up with integrity, humility, and respect, while being accountable throughout my growth and learning as a white-identified clinician. I weave these perspectives into each therapeutic relationship, creating space for deeper understanding and growth.
I'm committed to lifelong learning and continue to evolve both personally and professionally so that I can offer care that is not only grounded and holistic but also genuinely open-hearted and relationally focused.
