Sessions: I offer in-person therapy at my office on the westside in Playa Del Rey on Mondays only. Telehealth is available Monday-Thursday.

Fee: I offer a sliding scale fee based on need and my availability. Payment is due after every session. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Current clients can pay for services through Zelle or credit card.

Insurance: I am not an in-network provider but I will provide you with a regular superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network psychotherapists.

The purpose of this group is to offer an experiential process-oriented space where members can deepen their understanding of group therapy through shared reflection, meaningful dialogue, and relational exploration.

Attention will also be given to the evolving dynamics of the group itself and the ways we relate to one another over time.

Each weekly session is 90 minutes in length. Groups may be offered either virtually or in-person. More details will be shared upon submission of your interest.

The session fee will be discussed as part of the intake and onboarding process prior to joining the group.
