Offerings
I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and process-oriented group therapy for adults seeking greater self-awareness, healing, and authentic connection.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a space to explore your experiences, emotions, relationships, and patterns in a supportive and collaborative environment. Together, we work toward deeper self-understanding, emotional growth, and meaningful change.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of joy and one of our greatest challenges. Couples therapy offers a space to improve communication, navigate conflict, deepen intimacy, and better understand the patterns that shape your relationship.
Process Groups
Process groups offer a unique opportunity to learn about yourself through your interactions with others in real time. The purpose of these groups is to provide an experiential, process-oriented space where members can deepen their understanding of themselves and others through shared reflection, meaningful dialogue, and relational exploration.
Attention is given not only to individual experiences but also to the evolving dynamics of the group itself and the ways members relate to one another over time. Group therapy can be a powerful setting for increasing self-awareness, practicing vulnerability, receiving feedback, and developing more authentic relationships.
Each weekly group session is 90 minutes in length. Groups may be offered either virtually or in person, depending on the current offering. Additional details will be provided upon submission of your interest, as group offerings may evolve over time.
Session fees will be discussed during the intake and onboarding process prior to joining a group.
